The Pursuit of Sweatiness is Complete!

2013 was an incredible year.

The original intent of this blog was to use fitness as a means to create adventure and cultivate new relationships. I had traveled through 10 countries in 2012 and when I arrived back home to Canada I felt that I needed to keep the good times rolling. It is crazy to think back to when I wrote this 365 days ago and made the commitment

I made it my mission to make 2013 just as memorable as 2012 and it definitely has been. Whether it was walking 8km to and from work, biking 70km in a day, doing CrossFit, yoga, my first 10K run or a simple circuit in my room, I have actually sweat over 365 times in the past 365 days after accounting for "double day"and "triple days".

Thank you so much to everyone that has been following along and been a part of my pursuit of sweatiness. I hope I have inspired you to get out into your community and to get active!!

I've teamed up with my 2 housemates and best friends, Jamie Clem and Duncan McCall, for a new blog for 2014 called Jack of All Trades. Check it out and follow our journey as we explore learning new skills in 12 week bursts.
