Today I biked 8km to and from work and then another 9km to and from soccer. I'm going to count that as a double day.
It felt amazing to get back onto the soccer pitch even though I felt like my feet were made of cement. We didn't have any subs so it was a grinder of a game, unfortunately we lost 2-0. I was running all over the place and didn't even realize how exhausted I was until the end of the game...when I had to bike home.
