Strength / Skill

Bench press 5 reps @ 40%, 5 reps @ 50%, 5 reps @ 60%
Deadlift 5 reps @ 40%, 5 reps @ 50%, 5 reps @ 60%
Bulgarian split squat 3×8-12 reps / side

Conditioning

Complete the following for time:
  • 10-9-8-…-3-2-1 Pull-ups
  • 15 Double-unders
then immediately
  • 50 Wall ball shots (boys: 10′; girls: 9′ taget)

Bonus

Reverse hyper extension 3×10-15 reps
