Day 191. CrossFit Toronto

Today Duncan and I found our one rep max for bench press and dead lifts. We were both surprised at how much progress we had made since starting at CrossFit Toronto less than a month ago.


Duncan - 215lbs
Jay - 195 lbs

Dead lift

Duncan - 315lbs
Jay - 295lbs
