It felt good to get back to lifting...ahhhhh kind of.


Strength
Bench press 3 reps @ 70%,  3 reps @ 80%, 3 reps or more @90% of training 1RM
Deadlift 3 reps @ 70%,  3 reps @ 80%, 3 reps or more @90% of training 1RM
Barbell bent over row 3×8-12 reps

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
  • 10 Kettlebell snatch / side (boys: 24kg; girls: 16kg)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Squats
