Day 179. CrossFit Toronto

Duncan and I finished out the week with a solid workout at CrossFit Toronto.

Strength / Skill

Power clean 5×3 reps @ 70% of training 1RM
Front squat 5reps @ 65%, 5 reps @ 75%, 5 reps or more @ 85% of training 1RM
*Add 2-5% to your training 1RM from the previous cycle.
Pause front squat 4×3 reps @ 60% (3 seconds pause at the bottom)

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
  • 5 Power cleans (boys: 115#; girls: 80#)
  • 7 Thrusters (boys: 115#; girls: 80#)
  • 200m Run
